What Clients Say

Rey is a consummate professional who knows San Diego inside and out. His advice and guidance was paramount during my real estate journey. If you want to find the right house and get the best possible deal, Rey is your guy.

Rey was awesome!!! i was a first time buyer and was scared about the whole process of buying a house but Thanks to Rey he was there to assist me, and answered every single question that i have. im looking forward on working with him again.

Top notch! Rey really knows his business! We were first time buyers and he really took the reign and got us through the negotiations. He was available 24/7. He's diligence and subject expertise was beyond expectations which was the key in getting the house of our dreams for price we wanted. We recommend him to anyone that want an agent who can negotiate hard and get the best price!

Last year we found a house on market and an agent, Rey Rosa, on the same page online who we had never met before. We just called him and made an appointment for 7PM since we had no time to look at the house during day. Later on, we knew he postponed his child's party because of our appointment. We saw a lot of houses with him and every time he patiently analyzed and explained advantages and disadvantages on each house in professional way. Once we decided to buy a house, he helped us in counter offer, and finally we purchased the house with good price. During purchasing the house, his loan team worked hard and the escrow was done smoothly in one month. During purchasing the house, we found Rey was very knowledgeable about real estate and nice and patient. Therefore, we decided to choose him as our agent when we were selling our old house. He hired a professional photographer to take pictures of our old house for advertisement and held an open house with his smart skills and finally he successfully sold the house with good price in one month even though it was approaching Christmas and New Year. If we buy or sell a house next time, we'd like to choose Rey as our agent since he is so knowledgeable and nice and patient and he has an very professional team.

Rey was an absolute superstar! He was always friendly, courteous, and honest. He was willing to work with us as first time homebuyers and work within our budget, as well as do his absolute best to fulfill our desires in a home. He was more than happy to work with whatever schedule we had, and always kept an open line of communication. I would recommend Rey for every homebuyers experience!

Rey sold my condo and helped me buy a much larger condo. He worked hard and was on top of everything. My first buyer has to pull out of the deal and Rey had it re sold the next day. If you need someone that is honest and will work hard to get you the house you want he is the one you want to be your agent. Thank Rey for all your hard work. In addition, he is very honest.

Rey was excellent and relentless in helping us search for the condo we were looking for. He is very reachable and will always give correct advice for buyers who are new to the process.

Rey Rosa is definitely the best real estate agent period and his loan team, we never had any problem with them. The process was smooth and quick. When our family was looking for a house we bothered Rey so much, looking at houses after houses, sometimes 2-3 houses a day, it does not matter if it's midnight he will show you the house. He respects your decision and your comments. Rey always let you know anything about house. He works very hard with the selling agent. We were so lucky to have Rey as our agent, he help us in deciding our next move. He is fun to be with and very patient. If you want peace of mind call Rey now. I highly and definitely recommend Rey Rosa to anyone interested in buying or selling a home.

More agent than meets the eye. Rey is knowledgeable from A to Z when it comes to real-estate. While viewing homes, he was able to point out potential problems with homes from structural to technical that even I missed. His expertise helped push complicated deals for my Sister and I on two separate properties. Again, more than a typical agent, a wealth of knowledge, and appropriate advice. He knows how to make it happen; if you want it, are serious and committed, Rey Rosa will deliver.

My wife and I were fortunate enough to find Rey and use him as our buyer's agent in the purchase of our first home. Having once attempted to be a Realtor myself, I was convinced that we did not need one and would do better hashing it out on our own with the sellers agent. Looking back, I'm glad we ended up not going that direction. When we first met Rey we already had a pretty good idea of what we wanted and where we wanted to live. Consequently we didn't end up using him to see a variety of houses in the way many others home buyers do. I thought that maybe we had lost some value by not using him in that capacity, but I was wrong. From the minute we met him both my wife and I were impressed with his knowledge of the buying process and what it means to be a home owner. Far from just a salesperson with a lockbox key, Rey's true value came after we had decided on a house during the offer writing and all throughout the escrow. Our escrow lasted 27 days and I don't know that there was one of those days when we didn't talk. If he didn't immediately answer the phone when I called, my call was almost always returned within an hour, even though many of those days were holidays (example: Christmas; yes, we called on Christmas). Rey's suggestions were not just expressed, but always backed by solid explanation. He went the extra mile to make sure things were done correctly, and not just 'the easy way' even if the easy way would have worked fine. Rey helped us walk the fine line of getting the best deal for our condo without upsetting the other Realtor or the sellers, something I would have almost certainly not been able to do on my own. Ultimately we were lucky to have such expertise and experience on our side, and I would have no problem recommending (or even pushing) his services on my friends or family.

Rey was an absolute pleasure to work with. His knowledge of San Diego is excellent, and his recommendations were spot on. We never had to wait for answers, and he always was great about communicating. He made us aware of what was happening each step of the way, in an easy to understand terminology. Rey and his team are young professionals and recognize that this is a technology driven world now, they embrace it, making communication options very broad. I will definitely be using Rey's team for our next move!

I was a first time home buyer with no idea how to buy or even the process to buy a home. Rey Rosa took the time to explain what it would take, set me up with lenders and answered all of my many phone calls and walked me through my tough questions that I needed answered. I took a while to find the home I always wanted, and Rey Rosa was there always helped. He took me to look at homes on any day I wanted and would walk me through the do's and dont's on buying my first house. I was also lucky to have Mr. Rosa during negotiations and filing of paperwork. He always had the answer and got the price I wanted and then some. The purchase of my home was a true blessing and having Rey Rosa to navigate this endevior was awesome. I'll be using Rey Rosa to buy my next house that's a promise. — Mike Fuller

Rey Rosa's extensive experience and expertise have been invaluable to me, always helping me make sense of market conditions, documents and laws affecting real estate. Rey is extremely responsive, returning phone calls and emails fast. He is an effective negotiator and adviser, always watching out for his client's best interests and getting you the best deal possible. Over the past few years Rey has definitely gone the extra mile, offering me information and advice about market conditions and laws that may affect me both as a resident of San Diego and as a landlord in Riverside County, even when there's no commission to be earned. And, I've had the same feedback from friends to whom I recommended Rey; he's confident, professional, personable, easy to work with, and above all, working for your best interest. Without question I believe Rey is one of the best real estate professionals in Southern California.

Rey Rosa is quite possibly the best real estate agent out there. Within 15 minutes of requesting more information on a property I found on Trulia, he called (and it was about 10pm on a Friday night). He knows this business inside and out and kept us informed and educated throughout the entire process. I've never heard anyone say buying a home is fun but Rey sure made it a lot less painful than it could have been. We really feel incredibly lucky we found him and would recommend him to anyone who needs a true professional to help them with their real estate needs.

My wife received a job transfer out of state and we were forced to sell our home quickly. We had to move fast and needed a Realtor who knew how to get things done. Not to mention we just purchased our home one year prior and we were afraid that there wasn't enough equity in our home to be able to sell. A friend of ours referred us to Rey Rosa and told us he was the best man for the job. We called Rey Rosa for an interview and we were very impressed. He made us feel like we mattered. He said because we remodeled our home when we first moved in, our home would show very well on the market and should be able to command top dollar. He also agreed to discount his services below his already low costs because we are Veterans. Overall he delivered on everything he said. He was always available and had an intelligent answer for all our questions. He got us $20,000 more than the last house that sold in our neighborhood. Besides all of this, I think the most important thing that he did for us, was being able to help and guide us through a very busy and stressful time. Our escrowed closed on time as scheduled, and we were actually able to get a check at closing. Thanks Rey! Washington here we come!
